Meet the Founder

Capnex was founded by Kiran Sandal, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in global finance and transformation across highly regulated environments.


Kiran has worked with organisations such as HSBC, NatWest, GE Capital, and Agilent, supporting complex finance operations across multiple geographies and legal entities. Her expertise spans accounting, financial reporting, controllership, governance, risk and controls, and large-scale finance transformation.


During her career, she has transitioned and managed offshore finance teams across the US, the UK (London and Scotland), Canada, and Singapore.


She has partnered closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers ,auditors, regulators, and technology teams to build strong, scalable, and compliant finance functions that support business growth.


Capnex was created to help growing and global businesses access clear CFO-level insight and disciplined financial operations without unnecessary complexity. Kiran brings a practical, execution-focused approach that combines deep finance knowledge with modern, technology-enabled delivery.
